Elizabeth Callaway is the Senior Manager of Battery Lifecycle Solutions at Toyota Motor North America, guiding strategy for battery repair, reuse and recycling. She supports long-term planning for sustainable battery operations and works across teams to strengthen Toyota’s approach to circular energy systems. Her earlier work included leading the feasibility study that secured investment approval for Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina.

Elizabeth has spent 19 years at Toyota in roles spanning finance, production strategy, project planning, supplier engineering development and service parts engineering, including an international assignment in Japan.
